Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made to order. This means we do not hold inventory; your item is printed, embroidered, or crafted specifically for you.
Typical fulfillment time: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type and production partner (Printful, Printify, or other trusted fulfillment providers).

Orders with multiple items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners or facilities.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, destination, and the fulfillment partner's current rates.
Estimated delivery after fulfillment:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 21 business days

Tracking information will be sent automatically once the order ships. Actual delivery times depend on local carriers and customs processes.

Fulfillment Partners
We work with several global print-on-demand suppliers, including Printful, Printify, and other vetted production partners.
Each partner is selected for quality, reliability, and regional coverage to reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.

You may receive items from different facilities, and that is normal. Every piece still passes through our quality control chain before it leaves the partner's warehouse.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
We cannot mark items as gifts or declare reduced values for customs purposes.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
If your order shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact your local carrier first. Then, email us if it cannot be located.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@theherongroupllc.com.
Attach clear photos of the item and packaging. We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner for a replacement or credit if eligible.

Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
If you provide an incorrect address and the order returns to the sender, you will be responsible for the re-shipment cost once we receive the item back.
Orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered completed.

Returns and Exchanges
Each fulfillment partner has unique product return protocols.
For any issue such as a misprint, manufacturing defect, or damage, contact us first. We will liaise directly with the partner to resolve it.

Sustainability Note
To minimize waste, every item is produced only when ordered. This on-demand model eliminates excess inventory and overproduction. It may take a bit longer, but it is far more sustainable.
